How do you earn bitcoin? Earning Bitcoin can be easy and fun, but depending on your circumstances, it may not always be easy or possible to find or use traditional Bitcoin sources. In this article, we’ll take a look at some of the ways you can earn Bitcoin easily and quickly, whether you already have some Bitcoin or if you don’t have any yet.
What is bitcoin?
At its core, bitcoin is a digital currency that exists online. It’s essentially lines of computer code that are digitally signed each time they travel from one owner to the next. The network is built in such a way that each transaction is verified by thousands, or even millions, of computers worldwide. This decentralized verification system makes it virtually impossible for someone to spend bitcoin twice—or fake their identity by spending someone else’s coins. What is a Bitcoin Faucet?
A bitcoin faucet is a reward system, in the form of a website or app, that dispenses rewards in the form of a satoshi, which is a hundredth of a millionth BTC, for visitors to claim in exchange for completing a captcha or task as described by the website. There are also faucets that dispense alternative cryptocurrencies. Unlike mining, however, getting bitcoins from a faucet is free and doesn’t require expensive equipment. Faucets are also an effective way to introduce new people to cryptocurrency.
How do I use a faucet?
There are many different ways you can earn bitcoin, and one of those is through bitcoin faucets. A faucet is a website that dispenses rewards in exchange for completing a captcha or task as described by that website. For example, some websites pay out bitcoin in exchange for viewing ads or sharing a link on social media. There are hundreds of these sites around, and they’re all slightly different from one another—some pay more than others; some have higher thresholds for cashing out; and so on. Some of them even let you play games!
List of Sites to Get Bitcoins From Faucets
Whether you’re looking for a quick way to get a small amount of Bitcoin without doing anything, or trying to figure out how you can get paid Bitcoin online, there are plenty of websites that offer both. Faucets are websites that dispense infinitesimal amounts of cryptocurrency over time. While most faucets are frauds, some of them will pay off if you accumulate enough (an hour or two over several weeks). The best part is that these faucets don’t require much more than just clicking a button and typing in your Bitcoin address (be sure not to use an exchange deposit address!).
